"We had a very large (dead) ash tree that we needed to have removed. I called and spoke to Tanner, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and time efficient. He was able to stop by and assess the tree within a few hours of us talking. He was so down to earth and answered all of my questions. I had a formalized quote the next morning, and Tanner actually squeezed us into their already busy schedule because of the state of the tree. He really cared about our safety, as well as our neighbors, and made it all happen. The Alpha crew did an amazing job taking the tree down and cleaning everything up. "I saw his team work next door and was impressed. I called him and requested a quote. Tanner called back and came out the next day. I showed him 3 huge trees that worried me due to health, huge size and nearness to house. He agreed on 2 trees but felt the third was still healthy. He would take it down if I really wanted but we both love trees. My home is surrounded by forest. So he explained the process of tree removal extremely well and showed me he was insured. He originally said he could come in 2 weeks. We shook hands on it. Couple of days later he called to see if he could come sooner. Surprised, but good. He also said what would normally take 2 days to complete would be done in one day. Even better. Arrived on time with entire team at 8:30AM and finished at 8:00PM. A very professional team who work hard and support each other. Amazing and fun to watch, good price, cleaned up well when done and paid attention to my concerns. I will use them again."

"These guys are great!! Tanner was awesome to work with to get a quote and set everything up. And the crew showed up early and worked their butts off to get the job done! Our particular trees were between two buildings, one of which was our neighbors house, and they brought down both without a hitch. They worked fast and clean and did a fantastic job! Attentive, clear and concise communication, great advice with respect for the customer experience and wishes. They work hard, fast, and clean. We had them remove a couple dying pine trees from our front yard and two very large trees out back. They showed at the time they said they would, and got right to work- it was astonishing how quickly they were able to get the amount of work done in the time they did.
