He was able to stop by and assess the tree within a few hours of us talking. He was so down to earth and answered all of my questions. I had a formalized quote the next morning, and Tanner actually squeezed us into their already busy schedule because of the state of the tree. He really cared about our safety, as well as our neighbors, and made it all happen. The Alpha crew did an amazing job taking the tree down and cleaning everything up. I had the pleasure of talking to a couple of the guys, and they were professional, personable, and really knew their stuff!!! The price we were quoted for the job was BETTER THAN COMPETITIVE, and I wish I could give these guys 10 stars.
