How Tanner Brooks Started Alpha Tree Service in Belgium
Two words sit on our logo: Safe + Reliable. Everything else we do is built on keeping that promise.
Tanner Brooks started Alpha Tree Service in 2020 with a simple idea. Tree work is dangerous and messy, so the company doing it should be careful, show up when it says it will, and leave the yard clean. He put "Safe + Reliable" right on the logo so customers could hold him to it. They still do.
Tanner still walks every job himself and writes every quote. The crew has grown to about five people, with an ISA Certified Arborist on staff and full liability and workers' comp coverage. Most new calls come from neighbors who watched us take down a tree next door and asked for the number.

Helping Neighbors From Mayville to Belgium
Being local means showing up when it counts, and not letting good wood chips go to waste.
When a tornado hit Mayville, the Alpha crew drove over the next morning. We cut up and removed a tree that had fallen on a house and pitched in around the neighborhood. That homeowner said the whole street appreciated it. Storms are when people need a local crew most, which is why our emergency line stays open 24/7.
We also hate waste. The chips from our jobs don't head to a landfill. Through ChipDrop, we deliver loads of fresh wood chips free to gardeners and homeowners who sign up, dumped right where they ask. It's good mulch for flower beds and trails, and it keeps our trucks ready for the next job.
